Bharati Achrekar

Bharati Achrekar is a veteran and renowned Marathi and Hindi stage, film and television actress who has also performed many memorable television and film roles.^[1] One of her most memorable character is Radhika Wagle in Wagle ki duniya.

Bhharati has also produced serials like Zamana Badal Gaya, Tauba Meri Tauba, Mewalal and Kathasthu (Marathi), besides two Marathi films in partnership with her friend Lata Narvekar – Sari Var Sari and Sakhi.

Bharati is the daughter of noted classical singer Manik Varma and sister of Vandana Gupte and Rani Varma.^[2]
